The water is troubled, my friends. God said that he himself will confuse the situation…and that is what I’m witnessing right now.
I told my husband, you’re wrestling with truth and dare, because I can tell by what you said, “God is whispering, but the enemy is standing by screaming in your ears, and you don’t know what is truth or dare, but the enemy has no common ground, so he’s slithering through like the serpent that he is and trying to spread his guile, but I’m on the prevailing team because the spirit of agreement is on my side, because I’m hearing God’s words louder than I’m hearing yours, and I’m not giving credence to the adversary.” He said, “You was a very discouraging person on that, (although whatever that was, I can’t readily recall) and I got no support from you.” I said, “Sweetheart, I couldn’t support you, because you don’t want to hear truth, and truth is all I have to give.” He said, “You gotta see things.” I said, “The question is what exactly are you seeing? Who’s giving you the vision? The problem is that you’re standing in the shadows and because of that, you’re seeing good and bad, and what you need to learn to do is to decipher what is Truth…God’s truth, not your truth, or anybody else’s truth…but the truth that God is using to bring about his purpose in your life.” He said, “Yeah, but you don’t understand.” I said, “Sweetheart, don’t let yourself be deceived. You’re the one who don’t understand.” He said, “I’m just trying to show you all (yes, all) your failures. If I follow you, I’ll never have anything to show.” I said, “Sweetheart, you got that wrong; nobody who knows you and me will ever say that. They’ll tell you that you’ll be worse of if I’m not standing by your side, but I’m not asking you to follow me, I’m asking you to follow God and to take him at his word, but if you really want to know what I know … read what I write.”
