Word for Today: Endurance

Beloved, please be mindful of the fact that the race is not for the swift, and neither is the battle for the strong but to they that can…and do…endure to the end; so do not allow yourself to be distracted by the sprinters, bystanders, and wayfarers. Set your pace and keep it to the expected end, knowing that when you have finally attained, yours will be a very rich reward.

God did not make woman by accident, but by design.

The decisions that we make will not only affect us, but they will affect a countless number of people for years to come. That is why we need Godly wisdom, but unless we are willing to confess that we do not know the way and turn to him for his guidance, we will keep on making the wrong decisions for our life – so if you are about to make a decision today that will land you in a bad place, wait. God will make a provision for you where you are, and keep you there until the time – and the decision – is right. So, whether it is physical, emotional, financial, or even spiritual, wait for God to move first in your life before you make any decision that will affect your life.
