Word for Today:

Don’t stress yourself out over the outcome of situations that are beyond your control – the final word is in God’s mouth, and the final deed is in his hands.  God knows the way that you take, and his spirt goes before you to make your crooked paths straight.  Wheresoever He leads, He is fully able to provide, because he will never lead you anywhere that His mercy cannot reach you and his grace cannot suffice.

Prayer for Today:

Dear Lord, in this world of ordinary people, I’m glad there is you. Thank you for all that you were, all that you are, and all that you will ever be in my life … and thank you even more so for paying the ransom for my soul and letting my spirit roam free. In your most precious and holy name, I pray. Amen.
