Sometimes it might seem like the scoreboard of our life is running in reverse, but the only thing that we need to remember in those times is that we are on the prevailing team, and the hosts of heaven has got our back. So no matter how many hits and blocks and passes the other side throws our way, in the end we win.
Plain, simple, and to the p…oint: We Win!
We win, because we are Redeemed Daily by God, and his mercies are new every morning.
We win, because once we have decided to follow him, he will never leave us or forsake us.
We win, because God is faithful – and whatsoever he promises, he will bring to pass.
We win, because God is the Alpha and the Omega – the beginning and the end, and everything in between is the full measure of his handiwork.
We win, because we have faith in God – For without faith, it’s impossible to please God, for whosoever comes to him must first believe that he is.” (and) “Now, faith is the substance of things hoped for, evidence of things not seen.” (Hebrews 11:1)
We win, because The Lord, Jesus, is our shepherd, and “being confident of this very thing, that he that hath begun a good works in you will continue it until the day of Jesus Christ.” (Philippians 1:6)
