Remember: Trust God. No matter how hopeless the circumstances may seem, keep reaching for higher ground. If you really believe (or maybe I should say know) that God is the captain of your soul, then trust him enough to believe that he can guide you through the storms of life.   Do not let the way of the world dictate your life. We are in the world, but we are not of the world. Come up higher in the things that are of God. Let him tell you if or whether you need to launch out into the deep, cast anchor and come ashore, hoist anchor and set sail, pitch a tent and stay for a while, set up camp in the enemy’s territory, or work on rebuilding the walls the enemy has torn down.
