God is doing a new thing

God is doing a new thing. That is why you must pray for those who despitefully used you; abused you, frustrated you, agonize you, antagonized you, abandoned you, terrorized you, aggravated you, maligned you, and said all manner of things about you for righteousness sake, for they shall soon be cut down – and only the mercy of God will be able to lift them back up. Those are God’s words to my ears written according to his ordinance for such a time as this. They are from God’s mouth, to my ears, to my heart, flowing through the pen of a ready writer to your eyes, and prayerfully to your heart.

Take comfort in knowing that the battle is not yours, it’s the Lord’s and what they meant for bad, God is turning around and using it for your good—Shout Hallelujah, Amen, Thank you Jesus, for the wounds of the enemy are superficial at best compared to the wounds caused by family and friends.

The handwriting is on the wall, and this is God’s time now. Satan has had his last hurrah, and God is calling his people to accountability. God is calling his people to the witness – to stand – to testify to His awesome power of deliverance.

The enemy wants you to walk about cowering in guilt, shame and condemnation; but there is therefore now no condemnation in Christ to they that believeth.

God is calling you to lift up the bloodstained banner of Jesus and proclaim his holy name in the midst of your adversity. He wants you to remember that “he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.” (Isaiah 53:5) Therefore, hypocrisy does not matter; deceitfulness does not matter; vengeance does not matter; contentiousness does not matter; lies do not matter; fornication foes not matter; adultery does not matter; anger does not matter; hatred does not matter. In short, nothing that you encounter in this life matters, except your willingness to accept his Son by faith that you may know him in the power of his resurrection and receive the gift of your salvation. For we walk by faith and not by sight – and what we cannot accomplish – or overcome – in the flesh, we can and will do in the spirit, because the majesty of God is made known to us by the infilling of his spirit – and it is the spirit that gives us life.

Grace and peace to all; may the love of God, the embodiment of his spirit and the full fellowship of family and friends be your constant companion, the fruit of your labor be your rich reward, and the words of your mouth and the meditation of your heart be acceptable in his sight.
